Objectives: By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to: 1. Knowledge a. Vocabulary:Revision of vocabulary about school subjects ( art, P.E = physical education, physics, math, biology, geography, history .) b. Grammar: - conjunction words ‘‘and’’, ‘‘or’’ 2. Competence: improve listening and speaking skills. 3. Quality: - have positive attitude in English language learning so that they actively participate in all classroom activities, especially with the topic “School” conducted by the teacher. - love their school, identify their favorite subject(s) and even orient themselves toward what they want to do in the future, using the knowledge from the subject(s) they like. II. Teaching aids: student’s book, workbook, notebook, PC. III. Procedures Stages-Contents Activities of T&Ss 1. WARM UP & CHECK UP (5 mins) Organization of the activity: Aim: Ss can get students' attention at the beginning Play the audio or video of the class. - Play audio (“What subject do you like the most?”.) to lead Content: “What subject do you like the most?” in the theme of the lesson. Products: listen and sing a song - Let Ss listen to the song “What subject do you like the most?”.   3. UNIT 2: SCHOOL Period 14 LESSON: NEW WORDS & READING (page 17) Subject: English 6 I. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to: 1. Knowledge a. Vocabulary: learn more vocabulary about school activities. b. Grammar: the present simple (Wh questions) 2. Competence: - improve the use of English and Reading skills. 3. Quality: - have positive attitude in English language learning so that they actively participate in all classroom activities, especially with the topic “School” conducted by the teacher. - love their school, take part in school activities, school clubs and be more active. II. Teaching aids: student’s book, workbook, notebook, personal computer, . III. Procedures Stages-Contents Activities of T&Ss 1. Vocabulary: vocabularies about the school activities. b. Grammar: - use “like + V-ing” to talk about hobbies and interests. 2. Competence: improve listening and speaking skills. 3. Quality: - have positive attitude in English language learning so that they actively participate in all classroom activities, especially with the topic “School” conducted by the teacher. - love their school, have their favorite school activities to join in. II. Teaching aids: student’s book, workbook, notebook, personal computer / pictures part A/18 III. Procedures Stages-Contents Activities of T&Ss 1.
